About the Service Overview
The IIJ Firewall Management Service is an outsource firewall service where IIJ Group's security engineers fully support firewalls/UTMs installed at overseas locations. Leveraging the extensive experience and knowledge gained in Japan over many years, we provide operational services for overseas locations. We respond to customer inquiries in Japanese, English, and Chinese (for locations in China only).
Service Features
Full Management of Firewalls at Overseas Sites
Leveraging over 30 years of operational experience and knowledge cultivated in Japan, we manage firewalls and UTM devices at your overseas sites on your behalf. We enable continuous operation in an optimal configuration state at all times.
Proactive Notifications and Response to Incidents and Anomalies
We continuously monitor the operational status of firewalls at your overseas sites, 24/7/365. When an anomaly is detected through IIJ's proprietary anomaly detection system, we promptly notify customers and provide assistance until full recovery is achieved.
Multilingual Support by Global Engineers
We respond to customer inquiries in Japanese, English, and Chinese (for locations in China only). This ensures that representatives from overseas locations can contact us with confidence and peace of mind.
